Pondweed is an excitable frog who wears a tricorne hat. He loves boats, and dreams of one day being the captain of his own ship.
History[]
Pondweed was born in a pond, at night. Beyond that, he doesn't really remember much about his own birth (who does?). He has many siblings, some of whom are also named Pondweed.
His whole life, Pondweed has been fascinated by boats, and always dreamt of working on one. He has occasionally been on the fishing boats of Trickfoot, helping out with simple tasks.
When the opportunity arose to begin exploring outside of Trickfoot, Pondweed knew this was something he wanted to do, because he wanted to tell stories of The Outside to his family and friends, hoping that this would earn him the respect needed to be captain of his own ship.
